Pre-order FAQ

I pre-ordered an item. When will it arrive?

Pre-ordered products will be shipped out in the order in which they are received and in accordance with the date allowed by the product manufacturer. You will receive a notice when your order is fulfilled.

Do I need to pay for my pre-order when I place my order or when I pick it up?

Yes, pre-orders must be payed for when placed either in store or online. Failure to pay when the pre-order is placed will result in the order being skipped on our pre-orders. 

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

As with all products, pre-orders may be subject to delivery delays by the manufacturer and product release delays. As soon as we receive the products, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they came in.

How long will you hold my item once it comes in?

Pre-order and special order items will be held for 7 business days from the time of contacting the customer. After this time, the item will be placed on the shelf and online to be sold, unless alternate arrangements have been made with the customer. 

My order contains pre-order and non pre-order items, when will it ship?

Items in an order will ship when ALL items in that order are released. If you would like part of your order shipped in advance an additional shipping fee will apply. You must contact us to arrange this split shipping, otherwise items will ship as scheduled.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Cancelling a pre-order item will incur a 10% cancellation fee for sealed products. Card singles and loose items can not be cancelled.
